When will my order ship?
All pre-orders for the signed Soul Funk Xmas CD, will ship out between December 12-18th, 2025. This ensures timely delivery for the holiday season.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! To protect your limited edition purchase, all CDs will be shipped using tracked delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey and ensures it arrives on time, especially during the busy holiday season.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Customers in America, Europe, and other locations can rest assured that their orders are shipped promptly to arrive in time for Christmas. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to customs, weather, or high seasonal demand may occur. We recommend ordering early to avoid any potential issues.
How will my order be packaged?
Each CD will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Plus, every copy is personally signed :)
How long will shipping take?
- UK Tracked: 2-3 business days
- Europe Tracked: 3-5 business days
- Rest of the World: 6-7 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at shopacanthalang@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are determined by the package’s weight, the distance of travel, and the shipment method (e.g., Royal Mail, Parcel Force, etc.).
Some items (like apparel and mugs) are fulfilled by our print partner and will ship separately from CDs or vinyl. These items may have an additional shipping cost.
Acantha Lang is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
Vinyl Disclaimer
Please note: All vinyl is subject to minor cosmetic defects, cosmetic damages, or cosmetic differences due to the nature of the vinyl pressing and shipping process. There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for minor cosmetic defects or damage to vinyl or vinyl sleeves.
International Customers
For orders shipped outside the UK, international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over the amount charged and cannot provide reimbursement for these fees.
Please check with your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes before placing your order.
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay customs fees:
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- Returned packages will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you would like the package reshipped:
- Please email shopacanthalang@gmail.com with your order number and full shipping address to arrange reshipment.
- Reshipments will require payment of additional shipping costs.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All items are custom-made to order through print-on-demand services, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please carefully review your order details (e.g., size, personalization, and shipping address) before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
- We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement. Refunds are not available.
