When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Processing and fulfilment times vary depending on the product and will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
Some products, including apparel and other merchandise, are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. These products may have different processing times from CDs, vinyl and other items shipped directly by us.
If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, your items may arrive in separate packages.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracked shipping is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Where do you ship?
We ship to customers in the UK and internationally where shipping is available at checkout.
Available shipping destinations and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery destination.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered and the shipping service selected.
Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or on a product page are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International orders may take longer due to customs processing or local postal services.

Pre Orders
Estimated shipping or release dates for pre order products will be stated on the relevant product page.
Please note that pre order dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, production or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient before delivery. These charges are determined by the relevant customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country's import requirements before ordering if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the package was not collected, or applicable customs charges were not paid, please contact us to discuss your options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you ask us to resend an order where the return was not caused by an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We want your order to arrive in good condition and as described.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at shopacanthalang@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs showing the problem.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Vinyl
Due to the manufacturing process, vinyl records and sleeves may occasionally have minor variations that do not affect playback or normal use.
If your vinyl arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, please contact us at shopacanthalang@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
