Welcome to Acantha Lang's Soul Club.
Thank you for joining. Soul Club is my official membership community, created to give you a closer connection to my music and creative journey.
These Terms & Conditions explain how Soul Club works. By joining a Soul Club membership tier, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership
Soul Club offers both free and paid membership tiers, each with its own benefits and content.
Your membership provides access to the benefits available within your selected tier. Higher paid tiers may also include benefits available within lower tiers.
Memberships are for individual use and are not transferable.
2. Membership Benefits
Depending on your membership tier, benefits may include:
- Exclusive recordings and music
- Soul Vault music and video content
- Behind the scenes content
- Early previews of selected new music
- Early access to concert announcements, merchandise and selected releases
- Member only posts and updates
- Exclusive offers and discounts
- Live streams, listening parties or other special events
- Album 2 creative content and work in progress recordings
- VIP benefits and experiences
- Other exclusive member benefits
The benefits included with each tier are shown when you join.
Some benefits, events and experiences may be subject to availability, location, capacity or separate eligibility requirements.
3. Paid Memberships and Automatic Renewal
Paid Soul Club memberships are recurring subscriptions.
When you join a paid membership tier, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically according to the billing frequency shown when you subscribe, either monthly or annually, until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership at any time through the cancellation options available with your membership or by contacting us.
Cancelling stops future renewal payments. Your access to membership content and benefits following cancellation will end in accordance with your subscription and the functionality of the membership platform.

4. Payments and Refunds
Membership payments that have already been processed are generally non refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or where otherwise stated in our policies.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
5. Digital Content
Some Soul Club benefits include digital content such as streaming audio, video, recordings and other online material that may become available immediately after joining.
Where required by law, you may be asked to consent to receiving digital content immediately and to acknowledge any effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.
All music, recordings, videos, photographs, artwork, downloads and other content shared within Soul Club remain the intellectual property of Acantha Lang or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.
Your membership and access to members only content are for your personal, non commercial use.
Please do not:
- Share members only content publicly
- Upload exclusive content to other websites or social media
- Redistribute recordings, downloads or other membership content
- Record or reproduce exclusive streams or videos without permission
- Give another person access to members only content through your account
6. Community Guidelines
Soul Club is intended to be a welcoming and respectful community.
By joining, you agree to:
- Treat fellow members respectfully
- Avoid abusive, offensive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour
- Not spam or promote unrelated products or services
- Respect the privacy of other members
We reserve the right to moderate community content and, where reasonably necessary, suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these guidelines.
7. Changes to Membership
As Soul Club grows, membership benefits may occasionally change.
New benefits may be added and existing benefits may occasionally be updated, replaced or retired. Where a change materially affects a paid membership, we will take reasonable steps to let affected members know.
Occasionally, exclusive content, events or member benefits may be delayed or rescheduled due to touring, recording commitments or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Promotional Offers and Welcome Gifts
From time to time, Soul Club memberships may include promotional offers, welcome gifts or other special benefits.
These may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, availability, redemption periods, shipping charges or other promotional terms communicated with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, promotional and complimentary items have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how your personal information is collected, used and shared.
10. Other Store Policies
Your Soul Club membership may also be subject to our Terms of Service, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and other applicable store policies.
If you purchase physical merchandise separately, the applicable Returns and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy will also apply.
